At Gajaah, we only work with high-quality materials, from precious metals to authentic gemstones. All our jewellery is handcrafted with 925 hallmarked silver, precious gemstones, and semi-precious stones.
How would I know if your products are genuine ?
It is a standard practice for jewellery to be stamped or etched with markings indicating metal content. These stamps, hallmarks, and trademarks are usually located in inconspicuous areas on the jewellery so as not to detract from the design. All of Gajaah’s jewellery comes with a 925-silver hallmarks stamp and an authenticity certificate.

All our Gajaah jewellery comes packaged in a box inside a pouch. Continue storing it in this to keep your jewellery safe and away from humidity.
How can I clean my jewellery ?
To care for your jewelry, store pieces separately in a soft-lined box to prevent scratches, avoid contact with harsh chemicals by putting jewelry on last, and clean it regularly using mild soap and warm water with a soft brush. All our products undergo a thorough three-step quality check prior to shipping. We gladly accept exchanges for incorrect items delivered and for any damage incurred during transit. Additionally, we provide a one-year warranty for product damage and plating services.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, Wrong or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via hgajaah.jewellery@gmail.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.If you simply don’t like the product for any reason, we do not accept returns in such cases. Therefore, please ensure you thoroughly check all details before purchasing any product.
How long does it take to Claim Warranty ?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We process within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse.
