At Gajaah, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every order you place.
Understanding Our Products
Before initiating a return, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the craftsmanship of our products. Most items are handcrafted by traditional gold jewelry artisans in Rajasthan, resulting in each piece being unique and possibly displaying slight variations. Furthermore, the natural stones used may differ in color, tone, shape, and size.
Quality Assurance
All our products undergo a thorough three-step quality check prior to shipping. We gladly accept exchanges for incorrect items delivered and for any damage incurred during transit. Additionally, we provide a one-year warranty for product damage and plating services.
Important Note
Please note that nose rings and nose pins are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene considerations. When ordering bangles, ensure you select the correct size. If a different size is required, it may need to be custom-made based on availability. Some designs may be discontinued or not customizable; we recommend contacting our WhatsApp team for clarification before placing your order or referring to the size guide for a rough estimate.
International Orders
Be aware that our exchange and return policy does not apply to items shipped outside of India. In the case of damage during international shipping, such as a broken link, we strive to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee protection against complications that arise during customs checks, despite our careful packaging.
If you can have it repaired by a local goldsmith, that is an option; otherwise, if you cannot repair the item, we suggest securely sending it to India. We will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution for any concerns regarding your product or delivery.
Steps for Claiming Warranty

Notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order by emailing gajaah.jewellery@gmail.com with:

A video of the parcel opening

Clear images of the product

Original packaging

A valid reason for the exchange

Include your name, contact number, address, and order number in the email.

Ship the product back to us on the same or next day after receiving confirmation of the exchange, providing valid tracking details with the dispatch date.

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with all related items received at delivery, including bubble wrap.

Please note that shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive the product at our head office, it will undergo a quality check, and a credit note will be issued, allowing you to make a purchase within one year of the exchange.
